What quality standards do you follow?
We supply commodities to agreed specifications and export-grade standards. Product specifications, quality requirements and documentation are confirmed before each transaction.

Do you provide independent inspection?
Yes. Where required, we coordinate independent pre-shipment inspections through recognized inspection partners to verify quantity, quality and conformity before shipment.

What quality documents do you provide?
Documentation depends on the commodity and destination and may include Certificates of Analysis (COA), inspection certificates, certificates of origin and other required export documents.
Payment & Trade Terms

What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed based on the commodity, transaction structure, buyer profile and destination. Common structures may include T/T and approved bank instruments.

Do you accept Letters of Credit?
Yes. Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC/LC) may be considered for suitable transactions, subject to mutually agreed terms and bank acceptance.

Which Incoterms do you work with?
We can structure transactions under commonly used Incoterms such as FOB, CFR and CIF, depending on the commodity, origin, destination and agreed commercial terms.

What agricultural commodities does SyntPro supply?
We supply selected agricultural commodities including raw cashew nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, ginger, Shea butter, cloves and hibiscus.

What industrial and energy commodities does SyntPro supply?
Our portfolio includes bitumen, copper cathodes, construction steel and iron rods, charcoal, timber and selected energy commodities.

Can SyntPro source commodities not listed on the website?
Yes. We can source additional commodities based on specific buyer requirements, subject to availability, supplier verification, specifications and commercial feasibility.

Q1: What are the primary commercial quality parameters for raw cashew nuts? A: Quality is primarily judged by Outturn/KOR (48–52 lbs per 80 kg bag), Nut Count (180–200 nuts/kg), Moisture Content (8–10% max), and Foreign Matter (0.5% max). Higher KOR and lower nut counts yield premium market pricing.

Q2: What is the standard packaging and container loading capacity for export? A: RCN is packed in 80 kg clean, ventilated jute bags to allow air circulation and prevent mold during transport. A standard 20ft container holds approximately 17–18 MT, while a 40ft container holds around 26–28 MT.

Q3: Where are the primary sourcing origins for bulk raw cashew nut trade? A: Major global export origins include West Africa (Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Benin, Ghana) and East Africa (Tanzania), with the vast majority shipped to Vietnam and India for industrial deshelling and processing.
